There is no water tank for filling up water as described in its manual. So it will reduce humidity but cant improve it when required, the manual is clearly for a slightly different model of dry ager. The base is pretty much completely unprotected, so while it was packaged very well, the bottom is where the gas, electric and tubes etc all sit and they have a very thin sheet of metal over the base which was already bent in on arrival and had no more strength to it than a piece of aluminium foil. This makes moving the fridge a very careful job indeed as the whole base is essentially unprotected and its the operations centre of the ager.
In terms of dealing with the factory, I cannot fault their attentiveness and dedication. Answering all questions and in a timely manner and coaching me through the process as it was my first time ordering anything so large. I don't think i will get this ager again, but I know what to discuss in future for models and will continue my search.
